Exhibitor Set Up Hours

  • 8am-9pm Thursday June 25
  • 6am-10am Friday June 26th

We understand that move-in can be stressful, but don't worry - we are here to help! Please follow the steps outlined below to ensure a smooth experience. :)

Important Highlights

  • You may drive on the pathways to your booth to unload. 
  • Please unload quickly and remove your vehicle immediately.
  • DO NOT DRIVE ON ANY PARK GRASS. THE CITY WILL HAVE BYLAW OFFICERS AT THE PARK - YOU MAY BE TICKETED IF YOU DRIVE ON THE GRASS AT ALL.
  • Driving on the grass will disqualify you from participating in future ArtFest events.

Move-In Steps

BEFORE THURSDAY, JUNE 26TH

Note, you may arrive anytime in the first 45 minutes of your time slot to ensure you are out of the park by the end of your time slot.

ON MOVE-IN DAY

  • All vendors who plan to drive into the park, must enter through the entrance on West St.
  • A vendor greeting station will be set-up at the entrance. Please make sure to stop and check in before proceeding further into the park.
  • Staff will help direct you to your spot.
  • The booths numbers will be found spray painted on the GRASS adjacent to the pathways.
  • You must unload and then remove your vehicle IMMEDIATELY (before settting up).

IMPORTANT SAFETY REMINDER

  • Please remember this is a PUBLIC PARK.
  • There will be people, dogs & children around so PLEASE BE VERY CAUTIOUS when moving your vehicles around within the park.
  • We expect that the park will be BUSY.
  • Drive carefully.
  • NO backing up vehicles without one of the ArtFest Team guiding you.
  • If a vendor drives fast or erratically, or is impatient with the community members in the park, they will not be invited to participate in future ArtFest event

ALTERNATIVE TO DRIVING IN THE PARK

For those of you who would rather not drive through the park, you are welcome to use the street parking around the park and wheel your booth & product to your spot. If you choose this option, please make sure to still stop by the vendor greeting station to pick up your show packet.
