The Rules

Rule #1

DO NOT close your booth up early. We are OPEN until 5:00pm.

Rule #2

DO NOT drive on the grass.* If you are seen driving on the grass, there will not be a conversation, you will simply not be allowed back. We hate to keep harping on this, but we received so many complaints last year, both verbal from public works staff and emails from city staff and managers, about vendors driving on the grass.

Rule #3

DO NOT drive erratically through the park. Again, if you are caught driving fast or recklessly through the park - you will not be allowed to return to the event.

Rule #4

DO NOT treat staff or volunteers at the event disrespectfully. We understand that this process can be stressful, but any disrespectful comments or name calling will absolutely not be tolerated.

*Note: two wheels are allowed parallel on the grass for other vehicles to get by. By ‘do not drive on the grass’, we mean do not drive across the lawn to get from point A to point B and do not park your vehicle fully on the grass.

The Process

STEP ONE

Pack up your booth at 5pm.

STEP TWO

When your booth is packed up completely, pick up a MOVE OUT PASS from one of our team members circulating around the park.

For a booth to be considered completely packed up, your tent must be fully disassembled, and all of your items must be packed down and ready to load into your vehicle.

STEP THREE

Once you have your pass - present your pass to the appropriate entry point based on your booth number the outline map.*

Wheel-Out Option

Don’t want to wait? Find the info above too fussy? Choose the wheel-out option!

Step One: Pack up your booth and get your move out pass.

Step Two: Present your pass at the West Street entry point.

Step Three: Park on the Ring Road and wheel or carry your items to your car.

Alternatively, you can just wheel your stuff to wherever your car is parked!
