1. Please tag us @kingstonartfest and/or @kingstonartistevents when you have work in progress / sneak peeks etc. When you tag us in your posts, we are sure to see it and can then reshare in our stories!

2. VIDEOS: If you'd like to send Vanessa short [~10seconds] clips of your work or your process etc. via instagram, she will be featuring these clips in reels to help promote the event.

3.REELS - collaborate!:If you are posting a reel and would like to invite us to collaborate so that it shows up on both of our pages, please do! We will accept at least one reel collaboration per artist.

Postcards & Posters

These have been ordered and will be arriving by May 29th. If anyone would like postcards & posters to give out/ put up in their area, please let us know. We can arrange to get them to you.

Volunteer Postcard Delivery (Opportunity for Student Volunteer Hours)
We are always looking for volunteers to put postcards into mailboxes. If you are interested in doing this, please let us know!

If you know any highschool students looking for volunteer hours and would want to do this, please refer them to us!

Advertising

We wanted to share about our advertising efforts!

Billboards & Large Signage:
*We are already on some large signs in Kingston, and will be added to more as the event gets closer.
*Soon our ads will be running on the large screens at a few ONroutes.

TV & Radio
We are looking into opportunities for TV and radio and will update back when these pieces are confirmed!

Lawn Signs
These should be arriving in the first week of June. If you would like a lawn sign for your yard (if you live in a relatively high traffic area), please let us know!
