SET UP

With this market being downtown, please be prepared to navigate the street parking and some potentially longer walks to get your items into the space. We will have a wagon on site if you need to use it. We will also help as much as we can!

Set Up Times:
Wednesday | 6pm-8pm*
Thursday | 6pm-8pm*
Friday | 12pm-5pm

*If you are planning to set up Wednesday or Thursday, please click here to fill out the Set-Up Sign Up form. Vanessa and Kate will only be on-site if somebody has indicated that they will be attending Set-Up by midnight the night before, 

Please make sure your booth is fully set up by 5pm on Friday.

Displays can be left overnight.

TEAR DOWN

Displays must be fully taken down after the market ends on Sunday.

DO NOT start taking down your booth or packing up you items prior to 5pm. 

We often see people trying to discreetly start packing up product early - we know the market weekend can feel long, but please do not do this. Shoppers can sense when vendors are eager to leave.
