Artwork must be exactly 12” square to be included in the show. Any artwork that is smaller or larger than 12”x12” will not be included in the show.

If you are providing framed artwork, the finished size including the frame must be 12x12”.

Artwork will be displayed sitting on picture rails at the event, but please finish with hanging hardware for the clients.

Artists are responsible for insurance on their art pieces, if desired. We will do our best to keep your artwork safe, however, our insurance does not provide coverage for any damage that may be caused by guests of the show.

Note about original work: Please ensure that all submissions to the show are your original ideas. We value learning and growth; however, pieces created from step-by-step instruction provided by another artist, whether online or in-person classes, will not be included in this show. We kindly ask that you do not submit these types of works.

Returning artists, please make sure you are submitting different works than last year.
