Barb Sohn

Barb is a landscape artist who paints water and landscapes in local Lanark County.

Working in acrylic on canvas, her paintings explore the interaction between light, colour and pattern in water and landscape. Because of the many layers of design and colour found in water, the possibilities are endless. Barb is retired from a career as a social worker and is now living and painting full time near Perth, Ontario.

She is an elected member of the Ontario Society of Artists, the Federation of Canadian Artists, and the Society of Canadian Artists.
