Set up starts at 9:00am.

Please ensure you are fully set up and ready to roll at 10:00am.

*If you think you need more time, you can come around 8:45am and will get your tent set up as quickly as possible!

The process:

Find parking as close as you can to the mini market, some options are:

• Princess St.*
• Queen St.
• Sydenham St. (access from Queen St only)
• *Note: For shows that fall on a Princess Street Promenade day (June 20th, August 1st, and September 12th), Princess Street will be closed.

Unload your vehicle.

Vanessa and/or Kate will be on-site to answer questions and help when needed!

Reminder, parking is metered on Saturdays. Don't forget to pay your parking!

The show ends at 5:00pm.

Do NOT start taking down your booth before 5:00pm unless otherwise directed by staff at the event.

Pack up your belongings and away you go.

Event staff will take down the tent!
