As this is our first year with this event, we are still working to compile all of the information you need.

Cancellations & Refunds

From the time of payment, refunds will be subject to a $25 administrative fee.

Less than 30 days before an event, refunds will be subject to a $50 administrative fee.

Less than 2 weeks before an event, a refund will only be issued if we can secure a replacement vendor to take your space. If a replacement is found, your refund will still be subject to the $50 administrative fee.

Public Health [Food & Beverage Vendors]

If you are selling any food or drink products, you will need to submit an application through Public Health. This must be completed at least 14 days before the event.

Event Rentals & Electricity

  • We will have a variety of equipment available for rent as if needed and is dependant on supplier availability.  Deadline to order is May 15, 4pm however since availability is limited it will be on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • Available equipment: tents, tables, chairs.
  • There are a very limited number of booth spaces with electricity available for this show. An additional $125 plus tax fee applies. Requirements must be booked with Artfest no later than June 1, 2025.

Located on the St. Lawrence College, Kingston Campus
Rooms start at $102/night - minimum 3 night stay
This is the most affordable option.
Must book by May 27th.
